How long does the tour last?
Depends on the tour and where you are located. A Fort Worth Tour might take 6-7 hours if we depart from Dallas, however, it might be only 4 hours long for a group located in downtown Fort Worth. Your duration can be adjusted to accommodate your itinerary. When we plan one of our tours, we assign a coordinator that will work with you to ensure your excursion is timed accordingly to your requirements.
Can we do the tour without lunch or dinner?
Yes, you can plan lunch/dinner on your own, however, for a group of ten or more guests we strongly recommend we coordinate your lunch or dinner ahead of time to make sure that we can keep your itinerary on time and you have the best experience.
What are the stops in my food tour?
Each tour is unique, depending on your location, the date, time and availability we might stop at different establishments. Your tour coordinator will put together a tentative route for your approval.
Can you accommodate vegan/vegetarian requirements?
Yes, most private tours will allow us to accommodate dietary requirements. Few themed food experiences such as BBQ tours / Taco and Margarita tours and Pizza Tours are impossible to adjust to this requirement.
Can we change the route or combine multiple routes?
Yes, private tours allow us to adjust the route base on your requirements. We frequently combine our Dallas Sightseeing Tour with our JFK historical tour for groups of guest that has limited time. Let us know what you have in mind and we will work with you to make it happen.
What time of transportation do you use?
The type of transportation is determined by the size of the group. We can accommodate from 6 - 53 guests or more. All our vehicles are fully insured and under a strict maintenance schedule.
What time does the tour start?
It's a private tour, you let us know what time you want us to pick you up? Food, wine, and beer tours should start after 11:00 AM, numerous establishments are closed before noon.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for private tours.
Each tour that you book with us has its own refund policy. Refund policies vary depending on the excursion and how much in advance the tour is reserved. Make sure you read the cancellation/refund policy before you book your tour.
Can we drink alcohol on the tour bus, can you provide a cooler?
Yes, most times we can arrange soft drinks, ice and coolers (you need to bring your own booze). Ask your tour coordinator to make sure we have time to plan and have everything in place.
