- Refunds: Bookings are fully refundable within 24 hours of purchase. Tickets purchased within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.
- Weather Cancellations: Canceling due to weather is at our discretion. If conditions are deemed unsafe, we will notify you by 3:00 PM on the day of your booking. You’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
- Rescheduling: Need to change your plans? We’re happy to reschedule your ride with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. A $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

What is the difference between the public tour and the private tour?
Public tours start at 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM daily. Guests are picked up at the parking lot behind the Crate and Barrel store at 3104 Knox St, Dallas, TX 75205. During this tour, you will share the experience with other guests.
- Private tours are exclusively for you and your guests. You can start anytime between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Private tours include round-trip transportation, and we will pick you up and drop you off anywhere in the DFW area. If the pickup location is more than 30 minutes away, there may be an additional charge for commuting time. You can also customize the program by adding stops for dinner or drinks to the itinerary.
What is the meeting location for the tour?
The meeting location is 3104 Knox St, Dallas, TX 75205 (parking lot behind the Crate & Barrel store). At the end of the tour, we will drop you off at the same location.
Can my infant sit on my lap during the ride?
No, in Texas, it is illegal for a child to sit on an adult's lap in a moving vehicle. State law requires that all passengers, including children, be properly secured in their own seat with appropriate restraints. Specifically, children under 8 years old, unless they are taller than 4 feet 9 inches, must be secured in a child safety seat or booster seat.
Please note that, due to liability and insurance constraints, we do not provide child safety seats or booster seats. You will need to bring your own to ensure compliance with the law and the safety of your child.
Where do I park?
The holiday season is always busy, but there is plenty of parking behind the Crate and Barrel store at 3104 Knox St, Dallas, TX 75205 and around the area. Make sure to arrive early to find the perfect spot. Please note that these are public parking areas, so secure your belongings and exercise caution. Parking is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any property damage or theft.
Does the tour include any stops?
Ye, we will stop once for refreshments and a bathroom break halfway through the tour.

We depart promptly at 6 PM and 8 PM. As this is a public tour, we are committed to respecting everyone’s time and schedule. Many guests have dinner reservations or other arrangements after the tour, and we want to ensure there are no disruptions.
Please arrive at the pickup location 15 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in. Unfortunately, we cannot delay the tour for late arrivals.
Can I just show up and buy my ticket at the pickup location?
No, tickets cannot be purchased at the pickup location. Please purchase your tickets in advance through our website.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this tour?
Bookings are fully refundable within 24 hours of purchase. However, tickets purchased within 24 hours of the scheduled event are non-refundable. 24 hours after purchase, all sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable unless we cancel the tour due to hazardous weather conditions. Canceling due to weather is up to our discretion. Rain can mean slick streets and low visibility.
Should unforeseen circumstances arise, we are happy to reschedule your ride with at least 24 hours' advance notice, subject to availability. Please note that a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
